“Canadian Institute of Technology” (“C.I.T.”), a newly established Higher education institution in Tirana, is an innovative institution based on an international model of higher education. English is the primary language of instruction and administration.

CIT offers programs in Business Administration, Business Administration and Information Technology, Software Engineering and Industrial Engineering.

 

The Faculty of Engineering of “C.I.T.” would like to announce new vacant positions in the capacity, but not limited, of:

 

  • IT,
  • COMPUTER ENGINEERING,
  • COMPUTER SCIENCES,
  • SOFTWARE ENGINEERING,
  • IMAGE AND SIGNAL PROCESSING,

The positions require teaching diverse undergraduate and graduate students, conducting projects and the ability to guide students in research projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • PhD in/or closely-related disciplines from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to translate theories and concepts into practical applications
  • The ability to teach in English language.

 

 

Candidates with no PhD but with specific qualifications and experience might be considered as well.

The applicant should be committed to innovative teaching methodologies and student-centered learning. Experience in working with second-language learners or in international academic contexts is an asset.

The Software Engineering Program in the Canadian Institute of Technology seeks a lecturer or senior lecturer in the area of Information Technology, with expertise in DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAMMING. The position requires teaching diverse undergraduate and graduate students, conducting projects in this field and the ability to guide students in research projects.

Qualifications:

  PhD in Information Technology or a closely-related discipline from an accredited institution of higher education

  Demonstrated experience in database management and programming, and an ability to translate theories and concepts into practical applications

  Ability to contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning.

  Ability to teach in English language.

Professors in Software Engineering

CIT is seeking for Professors in Software Engineering

Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT), a newly established university in Tirana, Albania, is an innovative institution based on an international model of higher education. English is the primary language of instruction and administration.

 

The Canadian Institute of Technology is looking for highly specialized specialists in the fields of Algorithms, Databases, Network and Security, Operating System, Calculus. Candidates must preferably have a doctorate in the area or other related areas from a foreign university.
Candidates must have a fluent English level as all the teaching is provided in English.
The successful candidates should demonstrate excellence in a student-centered teaching environment. CIT is committed to students’ success and seeks faculty who are committed to ensuring it. CIT currently has two faculties: Faculty of Business Administration and Faculty of Engineering.
