WHO ARE WE?

University College “Canadian Institute of Technology” is a private academic institution established in 2011. The licensing decision was issued by the Albanian Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Science on 10 November 2011. Canadian Institute of Technology is an accredited University College which operates in the heart of Tirana – Albania.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE VISIT OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF GRAZ – AUSTRIA

We had the pleasure of welcoming Univ.-Prof.Dr.hc Erich Sorantin, a well-known lecturer and Head of the Department at the Medical University of Graz. This was the second time he has visited CIT. During the meeting, among other topics, it was discussed the cooperation between two institutions. Special attention was paid to the programs of ERASMUS + and CEEPUS, which involve the exchange of students and academic staff. Part of the meeting were also our students who trained in Graz.

During this conference CIT will be hosting international speakers who will highlight and analyze the key challenges and trends in various fields of technology and economy.

CIT STUDENT IN FOCUS – ARTEMISA PJESHKA

Proud to announce that one of our Finance and Accounting bachelor’s student is the winner of the #BusinessIdea competition organized by BALFIN Group. The project that made her win is called Diabetic Digital Albanian App or DDA. This is the first Albanian #platform in #support of the diabetic community, to be built by Artemisa Pjeshka and her project partner Hygerta Pjeshka. They are now ready to start implementing their business plans.

STUDENT IN FOCUS | ERASMIA VARFI

We are pleased to announce that one of our Computer Engineering & IT bachelor’s students was named the first winner of the #BusinessIdea competition, which was organized by @B4Students, a division of @balfingroup . The winning idea is called “Olive Camping,” and it is an outdoor camping destination located in Himara, the newest destination created with the help of the B4Students initiative.
