Canadian Institute of Technology is an accredited University College which operates in the heart of Tirana โ Albania.

CIT HUB INNOVATION CENTER โ THE END OF A NEW BEGINING
|
We are proud to announce the successful completion of our newest project, the CIT HUB INNOVATION CENTRE.
This inspiring project lasted 5 weeks and offered free trainings aimed at digital proficiency and skills in ๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ, ๐ฃ๐๐๐ต๐ผ๐ป, ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐.
In collaboration with IETT ALBANIA and thanks to our sponsors Tirana EYC, Bashkia Tirane and Kongresi Rinor, a certificate was presented to the successful participants.

DIPLOMA THESIS DEFENSE DAY
|
The exciting academic journey for our Bachelorโs and Masterโs students has come to an end!
Our students presented their diploma thesis in front of our Committee to successfully complete their studies at CIT.
Putting together your final work is challenging because it requires a great deal of autonomy and it is necessary to demonstrate your ability to apply the acquired knowledge and related competencies.

1ST ROUND TABLE MEETING WITH LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES
|
At CIT premises took place a round-table meeting with selected domestic and international businesses operating in Albania.
This round table was greeted by CIT Business Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Artur Jaupaj and continued with the presentation of our university by the Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Dr. Emir Dzanic.
The main purpose of this meeting was to foster closer industry-to-university collaboration for establishing better recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with CIT for joint projects.

|
Highlights from the one-day workshop event organized by CIT with the aim to establish modalities for testing and applying gained knowledge at
the local level, in order to enable incremental improvement of climate literacy, citizensโ participation, and decision-making processes.
This event was comprised of three lectures and one main workshop on citizen science in service of climate change
adaptation and was greeted and followed by Dr. Emir Dzanic, the Vice-Rector for Foreign Relations at CIT.

SUMMER SCHOOL 2022 | FINAL DAY
|
The conclusion of the CIT Summer School 2022, during which all of the students presented their Start-Up Ideas in front of the CIT Jury.
Each group presented us with amazing visualizations to illustrate their Start-Up ideas.
From Albanian Food Delivery App to a Health Care System we were impressed by the effort and creativity that was put into these presentations.

RESEARCHERSโ WEEK โ ERASMUS+ MOBILITY PROGRAM | UNIVERSITY OF SAARLAND, GERMANY
|
Dr. Donald Elmazi, our Head of the Industrial Engineering Department, participated in a 5-day event as part of the Interinstitutional Agreement of Erasmus+.
During this event Dr. Elmazi got engaged in many activities such as seminars, workshops, and visits to key research centers of Saarland University.
He got involved in several workshops and seminars where one of which being a workshop entitled โQuality-oriented development of study programsโ.
