Paneli ishte i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga studiues dhe politik\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebs t\u00eb dalluar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asoc. Prof. Zhilla iu referua artikullit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr \u201cLeviathani i krimit t\u00eb organizuar\u201d. Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se \u201cPolitikat kund\u00ebr Covid19 rrit\u00ebn autoritarizmin e shteteve. Si rezultat, rritja e kontrollit autoritar shtet\u00ebror duket se nuk ka asnj\u00eb efekt n\u00eb funksionimin e grupeve t\u00eb organizuara kriminale n\u00eb demokracit\u00eb hibride.
