Prof. Zhilla has been teaching Law and Ethics for nearly 10 years at CIT.

In 2012, he received his Ph.D. in Law from King’s College London and was previously a Visiting Scholar at Georgetown University and George Washington University.
In 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University.

Prof. Zhilla is awarded both the Fulbright Scholarship and the Chevening Scholarship for his postgraduate studies.

Apart from teaching, Prof. Zhilla is a Lead Researcher. He also consults EU projects on the rule of law and has contributed to several studies on terrorism and cybercrime in Albania.
