Our Finance and Accounting students, accompanied by Dr. Besarta Tafa, Head of the CIRD Economy Department at CIT, had an incredible opportunity to visit the United Bank of Albania (UBA) and gain firsthand insights into the world of banking.

Welcomed by Ms. Nora Ilirjani, Head of HR, and other representatives, they delved into the bank’s structure, explored the loan granting process, and learned about various banking products and services.

This collaborative initiative bridges academia and industry, enriching students’ understanding of the financial sector and fostering practical skills essential for their future careers.
