The National Cybersecurity Marathon 2025 Concludes

CIT students Firdeus Dikellari and Abdurrahman Seitaj participated with distinction in the National Cybersecurity Marathon 2025. Demonstrating strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork, they achieved excellent results, both earning Third Place in the student category and proudly representing the Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT) at the national level.

Organized by the AKSK, the marathon was highlighted by its inclusive and innovative format. Igli Tafa, Director General of AKSK, emphasized its role in identifying talent and building essential capacities for protecting critical information infrastructures and supporting secure digital development in Albania.

The initiative was also praised by Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of Education, who underlined that cybersecurity goes beyond technical competition and should be embraced as a shared culture and responsibility. CIT’s participation reflects the impact of practice-oriented education in preparing future-ready professionals for a resilient digital society.
