Today, the campus of Canadian Institute of Technology transformed into a vibrant celebration of cultures, traditions, and global connection as International Week 2026 officially opened.
Different languages, traditional music, national colors, and cultural stories filled every corner of the institution, creating an atmosphere defined by energy, pride, and memorable experiences.
Students representing Australia, Türkiye, Russia, North Macedonia, Yemen, Syria, India, Afghanistan, and Albania shared the spirit of their countries through presentations, performances, traditional dances, and cultural discussions that brought the entire community closer together. Each performance reflected cultural identity, heritage, and the strength of diversity within the CIT community.
Beyond the stage, the event highlighted the importance of intercultural connection among students. New friendships, shared experiences, and meaningful exchanges transformed the opening day into a celebration of unity through education, culture, and collaboration.
