Kreston Albania introduced a business-focused innovation challenge at TechTrek Hackathon 2026, encouraging participants to design intelligent solutions for workflow optimization, CRM integration, and professional advisory management. Teams were challenged to combine technology, operational thinking, and AI-driven functionality into efficient business systems.

Team “Cilicon,” represented by Drini Nazeraj and Aleksandër Iljas, earned first place with an AI-powered client and workflow management platform tailored for multidisciplinary advisory services.

Their project successfully integrated intelligent operational tools, digital organization systems, and client-focused functionalities into a scalable and practical solution.
