The Canadian Institute of Technology participated in the 8th International Week 2026, hosted by the Powiślańska Academy of Applied Sciences from 20–24 May 2026 in Gdańsk, Poland.

The international event brought together universities, academics, researchers, and students from more than 30 countries, with the aim of strengthening cooperation, encouraging academic exchange, and promoting innovation in higher education.

Representing CIT at the event were Dr. Blendi Shima and Dr. Erjona Deshati, lecturers at the institution. During the week, they took part in academic sessions, workshops, networking activities, and institutional discussions focused on research collaboration, international partnerships, and new opportunities for students and staff.

Through its participation in initiatives such as International Week 2026, CIT continues to strengthen its global partnerships, support intercultural dialogue, and contribute to the development of an internationally connected academic community.
