Another remarkable success story comes from the CIT Robotics Club. At the Robotek SUBÜ 2026 Competitions in Türkiye, CIT students demonstrated outstanding dedication, technical expertise, and innovative thinking, with both participating CIT teams receiving the prestigious Jury’s Favourite Award among university teams.

Representing CIT on the international stage, eight students showcased their talent and creativity through four innovative projects: two autonomous UAVs, a Line Following Robot, and a Mini Sumo Robot. Developed through teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration, these projects reflect the practical skills, determination, and innovative mindset that define the CIT student community.

Throughout the two-day competition, CIT teams SkyIris and CITUNITED assembled, programmed, and operated their UAVs in challenging competition missions, gaining valuable hands-on experience in robotics, automation, autonomous systems, teamwork, and problem-solving.
