Today was organized a book promotion at CIT: “Ground Station Design and Analysis for Leo Satellites” by Assoc. Prof. Shkelzen Cakaj.

Assoc. Prof. Cakaj recounted how the book evolved from an idea to a reality. He described the approach it offers to the reader by allowing him to compare theoretical findings with on-site data, directing him toward logical and practical performance evaluation and enhancement.

“The technology behind low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites considered science fiction only a few years ago, is now becoming a real-world solution that is altering the world of communications for the better”- he stated.

This event was moderated by Ph.D. Donald Elmazi, head of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Department and greeted by Prof. Dr. Ismail Kocayusufoğlu, dean of the Engineering Faculty followed by a thorough presentation from Assoc. Prof. Abdulsalam Alkholidi, CIT lecturer.
