In celebration of International Girls in ICT Day, Canadian Institute of Technology hosted an Open Lecture featuring Ms. Silda Anagnosti Çepe, Administrator of IdentiTek Sh.a.. The session brought together students from the Faculty of Engineering for an insightful discussion on digital transformation, career pathways in ICT, and the evolving role of women in shaping technological progress, enriched by real-world industry perspectives.

The visit was further complemented by an institutional meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration between CIT and IdentiTek, with a focus on expanding internship opportunities and reinforcing the connection between academic preparation and industry practice.

The initiative concluded with a shared commitment to future collaboration, including participation in CIT’s upcoming Hackathon, advancing a long-term vision of innovation, talent development, and stronger academia-industry integration.
