As part of the International Week activities at Canadian Institute of Technology, the Erasmus+ Coffee Talk brought together students participating in the Erasmus+ program to exchange experiences, perspectives, and reflections on international academic mobility.
Students who had completed their mobility programs shared insights into their academic journeys abroad, personal growth, and the challenges of adapting to new educational and cultural environments.
Participants currently engaged in mobility programs, including online participants and students undertaking mobility within Albania, contributed with real-time perspectives on their ongoing experiences and exchange processes.
The event created an open and interactive environment that encouraged dialogue, cross-cultural understanding, and academic exchange among students. Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, the activity reinforced the importance of international mobility in higher education and highlighted the role of the Erasmus+ program in supporting students’ academic and professional development.
