The Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT) proudly highlights the participation of Ph.D.(c). Florenc Hidri in the Erasmus+ Staff Week hosted by the Institute of Technology and Business (VŠTE) in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. Organized within the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme on International Change Management in the Era of AI, the event brought together academics and students from across Europe to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on organizational change and international collaboration.
During the programme, Ph.D.(c). Hidri delivered a guest lecture titled “AI-Supported Change Implementation in International Teams”, combining theoretical concepts with practical case studies. He also served as a member of the evaluation jury for the final student presentations, contributing to an engaging academic environment that fostered innovation, critical thinking, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Representing CIT, students Behar Plaka, Elis Kolmarku, Junus Merja, and Enes Meta actively participated alongside peers from partner universities, showcasing their teamwork, adaptability, and academic excellence. CIT is especially proud that one of its students was part of the winning team, reflecting the university’s commitment to internationalization, academic quality, and preparing students for success in a global environment.
