Preparing Students for Industry and Future Careers
As part of its ongoing commitment to preparing students for real-world careers, the Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT), in collaboration with Vodafone Albania, organized a hands-on workshop focused on modern recruitment practices and industry expectations.
This initiative reflects CIT’s mission to equip students with future-ready skills by providing direct industry exposure and practical learning experiences aligned with current labor market needs.
During the workshop, students explored how AI-powered screening tools are used in recruitment processes, gaining insights into resume evaluation criteria such as keyword relevance, structure, and role alignment. Participants engaged in interactive group discussions, reviewed sample resumes, and received direct feedback and guidance from Vodafone Albania’s Talent Acquisition team.
The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session and a Reverse Recruiting segment, where CIT students interviewed Vodafone’s talent acquisition professionals. This exchange provided valuable clarity on internship opportunities, hiring pathways, and effective strategies for standing out in competitive recruitment processes.
CIT extends its sincere appreciation to Vodafone Albania for their collaboration and continued support in bridging academia with industry.
