FROM IDEA TO PROPOSAL: WRITING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS

An internal training session was delivered by the Project Office at the Canadian Institute of Technology, bringing together academic and administrative staff to strengthen capacity in project design, proposal development, and implementation planning. The session emphasized a structured and practical approach to transforming ideas into well-developed project proposals, covering key stages such as identifying relevant calls, drafting concept notes, and planning work packages.

The session was led by Project Coordinator Anisa Balla, with contributions from Bledar Komina, Erjona Deshati, and Megi Marku. The training provided structured guidance on Erasmus+ Programme calls, project roles, and budgeting, combining practical demonstrations with interactive discussion to ensure a clear and applied understanding of the process.

The Canadian Institute of Technology continues to reinforce its commitment to professional development and international project engagement by fostering structured learning opportunities that support staff in advancing institutional initiatives and strengthening project implementation capacity.
