Hours: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts! If you have experience in marketing campaigns, data analysis, content creation, and event planning, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizes marketing campaigns and prepares marketing strategies,
• Conducts market research,
• Brainstorms and develops ideas for locally and nationally creative marketing campaigns,
• Responsible and follows the marketing program,
• Facilitates the communication between students, administration and academic staff, concerning organization of activities, events etc,
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns,
• The marketing Manager is the main source of information about the institution,
• Plans and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies,
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools,
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or information technology
Proficiency in English and Albanian
Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and Google AdWords
