At the beginning of this new year, Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT) has signed an agreement with Riga Technical University (RTU). Both parties agreed to encourage the following activities, in particular to promote international academic cooperation as follows:

Exchange of educational and research materials and publications;
Exchange of faculty and research scholars;
Exchange of students;
Joint research and meetings for education and research;
Promoting cooperation in PhD education.
