Save the date – Virtual Open Lecture with Dr. Emir Dzanic!

Dr. Emir Dzanic will be our virtual guest speaker on Friday, 16th of April 2021 at 14:00 moderated by Dr. Blendi Shima. He will deliver a lesson on the topic “Gamification, Engagement and Motivation. It’s more than just fun!” for CIT staff and students and externally-interested parties as well.

Dr. Emir connects advanced social and technological knowledge to achieve sustainable innovation through Open innovation, gamification and organizational culture change. He holds PhD in the area of the open innovation and organizational culture. Currently he is applying gamification to different business processes with objective to foster innovation, productivity, motivation and engagement of key stakeholders ranging from employees to users and consumers.
