CIT was one of the supporters of the event organized by Microsoft in Albania.
The event took place simultaneously in different locations, all connected virtually through
Microsoft Live Technology. The focus was high school and university students
passionate or who want to study computer science.

Rector of CIT, Prof. Dr. Gëzim Karpiçi during his speech greeted all the participants and
encouraged girls to follow their passion because technology fields of study such as: Engineering
Software, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology etc. (studies in
Bachelor’s and Master’s are also offered at CIT) are not only for men.
