Our academic staff came together for an inspiring and transformative Masterclass on “Coaching to Enhance the Learning Experience in the Classroom,” hosted by Mr. Sotiris Karagiannis in collaboration with C-DATA.

Through engaging discussions and practical insights, participants explored the powerful role of coaching in education. The session delved into the similarities and differences between coaching and mentoring, the journey of teachers becoming transformational coaches, and the application of evidence-based theories such as Self-Determination Theory and FLOW Theory to foster an enhanced learning environment.
