CIT students recently participated in a dynamic training session organized by the Institute of Education, Heritage, and Tourism (IETT), featuring Ms. Franceska Muço, Executive Director of the Young Professionals Network. The session was designed to equip students with the key skills needed to navigate today’s competitive job market successfully.
Participants gained valuable insights into both soft and hard skill development, received practical guidance on crafting compelling CVs and motivation letters, and explored international opportunities such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps—initiatives that promote cultural exchange and volunteering.
The workshop also included interactive exercises that allowed students to apply their learning in real-world scenarios, fostering teamwork, personal growth, and professional confidence.
