Together with the Art Students Club, we recently visited the thought-provoking exhibition LIFE & DEATH by renowned Kosovar artist Faton Kryeziu, hosted at GOCAT. This immersive experience went beyond aesthetics, encouraging deep reflection on the themes of life, death, and the human condition.
The guided tour and subsequent group discussion provided a meaningful platform to engage with the artist’s vision. Participants explored powerful themes ranging from the Kosovo War to the use of symbolism and color, gaining insight into the emotional and historical narratives behind each piece.
This visit underscored the transformative role of contemporary art in fostering dialogue, preserving memory, and enhancing cross-generational understanding.
