Another inspiring session led by Dr. Erjona Deshati at the Entrepreneur Journey program, powered by EU4Innovation and in collaboration with @kongresi_rinor_kombetar, CIT, Innovation center CIT HUB, and Techspace.

The session began with a Quiz Kahoot to review the ‘Mom Test’ principles, focusing on effective recruitment and team selection. This was followed by a thought-provoking lecture on leadership influence, introducing the innovative ‘Influence Currency Model’. The highlight of the day was our engaging simulation activity, immersing participants in the art of negotiation.
