Another successful session at the Entrepreneur Journey program, powered by EU4Innovation and in collaboration with @kongresi_rinor_kombetar, our esteemed university, Innovation center CIT HUB, and Techspace.

The training focused on Team Building and Leadership Strategies, and through engaging activities like Power Point Karaoke and Role Play, attendees learned the art of cooperation, team member selection, and effective leadership. The Role Play Activity, in particular, challenged participants to create a “short list” based on a position description and 5 fictitious CVs, enhancing their recruitment prowess.
