Bachelor - Finance and Accounting - International Finance and Economics Profile
Business and finance are no longer local. In an interconnected world, success depends on understanding global markets, international policy, and cross-border investments. As Albania deepens its integration with Europe and the global economy, it needs financial professionals with a worldwide perspective. This program is built to train them. The specialization provides the macro-level knowledge to see the bigger picture and make strategic financial decisions on an international scale. By choosing this program, you will develop a global financial perspective by moving beyond domestic markets and gaining specialized expertise in International Finance, International Economics, and Foreign Exchange Markets. You will align with Albania’s future, as the growing economy and expanding international trade create high demand for professionals who can navigate global economic trends in both the public and private sectors. Taught entirely in English and grounded in international principles, the program prepares you for a dynamic career in multinational corporations, international banks, and global financial institutions. Our Bachelor in Finance and Accounting is a three-year (180 ECTS) program designed to provide a deep and practical understanding of financial principles. The first two years focus on accounting, financial analysis, and domestic markets, while the third year specializes in International Finance and Economics. This final year elevates your knowledge to a global scale, equipping you to analyze international markets, manage cross-border financial operations, and understand the global economic forces shaping our world. The program also provides an excellent foundation for further academic pursuits, aligning with our Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Accounting and leading directly into the Finance and Banking master’s profile. It is also a strong stepping stone for advanced studies in global economics or international business.
