CIT hosted a training session aimed at developing academic capacities within our institution, faculties, and departments. This session, attended by our dedicated academic staff, focused on key areas such as performance indicators, objective evaluation, self-assessment, and the tracking and progress of annual tasks.

This initiative is designed to enhance performance indicators and ensure better monitoring of developments, both on an individual and institutional level. Prof. Dr. Ismail Kocayusufoğlu emphasized our commitment to promoting the potential of thought and highlighted that annual individual performance is the personal card of each academic.
