The Canadian Institute of Technology (CIT), in collaboration with its Center for Innovation and Research Development (CIRD) and the Project Office, hosted a hands-on Project Management workshop in partnership with PMable. The session was led by experienced trainers Eldisa Cirogu, Denisa Bajraktari, and Antea Bega, and was designed for staff members and young professionals eager to enhance their project planning capabilities.
Focusing on the practical application of project management principles, the workshop emphasized the importance of structured planning in driving success across various industries. Using real-world examples and the accessible P3.express methodology, participants learned how project management is not only a valuable career skill, but also an essential tool for everyday problem-solving.
