His extensive experience as a financial advisor, particularly in retirement planning, asset management, and investment strategies, has earned him accolades at Transamerica Inc. Dr. Shingjergji holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Tirana and is also an accomplished researcher, focusing on the profitability and credit growth of the Albanian banking sector.
