Prof. Dr. İsmail Kocayusufoğlu, Rector of the Canadian Institute of Technology, had the honor of participating as a guest speaker at the International Conference “Technology, Science, and Education,” hosted by the University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan, Kosovo.
