CIT proudly participated in the inaugural Tirana Forum 2024, hosted by the Gjon Durrahium League of Universities. This landmark event brought together 12 non-public higher education institutions from across Albania to discuss the internationalization of higher education and the need for legal reforms.

Key Highlights:

• The forum welcomed prominent figures, including Prime Minister Edi Rama, government ministers, and academic leaders from both public and non-public universities.
• Prof. Dr. Ethem Ruka, Chairman of the League’s Board, emphasized the importance of collaboration to overcome bureaucratic challenges and simplify procedures for foreign students.
• Prime Minister Rama highlighted Albania’s growing appeal as a destination for international students and the need to liberalize the higher education system.
