Welcoming the New Academic Staff at Canadian Institute of Technology!

The Vice-Rector of CIT, the Internal Quality Assurance Unit (QAU), and the Office of Human Resources (HR) held an advisory and informative meeting with the newly arrived academic staff regarding life at CIT. Thus, through this open meeting, the Rectorate gave an overview of how the institution is organized and works in its daily activity.

Specifically the meeting focused on: pedagogical advice, the development of the teaching process in the classroom and the behavior with students, the development of the curricula, the evaluation of the curricula and the accreditation, the code of ethics, the familiarity with the rules of operation of the institution, among others.

PhD. Blendi Shima followed the meeting by delivering a training focused on the use of online learning resources and the google classroom platform in alignment with features of teaching at CIT.
